How does EXchange work?

Before electrification, we take the time to thoroughly understand your operations, fleet, and duty cycles — from payload and range requirements to site infrastructure.

We then leverage our extensive expertise in fleet electrification, along with our in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, to remove the existing diesel engine and ancillary fittings and seamlessly integrate your new electric drivetrain and battery system. Furthermore, wherever possible, we tap into the original CAN signals and cab equipment to help maintain driver familiarisation.

Time scales? With our expertise, we take your current vehicle, refurbish, repower, and return it within weeks, ensuring a seamless transition to sustainable operations.
